SERVICES PROVIDED
Lost Earning Capacity Evaluation - Often used in personal injury, medical malpractice, marital dissolution, and other cases. This process uses a reliable methodology that will meet the standards of Daubert to evaluate these claims. Pre- and post-injury earning capacity are identified to determine the post-injury diminution of earning capacity. Injury and prior earning ability may or may not be factors in the case of marital dissolution or wrongful termination.
Life Care Plan - A dynamic document based upon published standards of practice, comprehensive assessment, data analysis and research, which provides an organized concise plan for current and future needs with associated costs, for individuals who have experienced catastrophic injury or have chronic health care needs.
Consultation Services - Ms. Dunlap can serve as a consultant to attorneys in reviewing reports of opposing experts, developing deposition questions, and assisting with rehabilitation planning/services.
